A new build home in the South Downs

In Planning

A material palette of hung clay tiles, timber and red concrete are a modern interpretation of the local vernacular, whilst the steep pitched roofs retain the feeling of a woodland cabin. The layout is organised to create connected living spaces, and a flexible future of dividing spaces as the family grows. The slatted timber cladding to the rear of the house blends with the surrounding forest, and give a tree-house-like feeling to the upper floors which sit amongst the tree trunks.
